Cohort 6 of the Propel Fellowship Graduates
Over 25 Leaders Join Propel’s Alumni Community as Part of Fellowship Cohort 6.
We celebrate the digital leap of Latin American leaders who have embraced new technologies to improve their processes and increase their impact. At Propel, we aim for our Fellowship to be a space for leaders to seize new opportunities and strengthen their organization’s mission.
We’re excited to support the development of more organizations across various sectors, from education to food security. Juan Guillermo Murillo from the Leadership Incubator Association Más Costa Rica shares:
“I believe the greatest legacy of this fellowship is the contribution to organizational clarity. The day-to-day of any organization is challenging, so creating space for reflection is incredibly valuable.”
We know that digital transformation goes far beyond learning a specific tool. It’s about a mindset shift to implement new processes and establish new models. Mónica Cinco from Fundación EDUCA believes:
“Before Propel, I had no idea about the importance of technology in optimizing work. I think this will make our lives easier through new tools to maximize reach and minimize operational strain.”
It’s not just about delivering courses; it’s about strengthening the social ecosystem in the region and connecting new leaders. It’s an opportunity to join a network of over 100 organizations from 18 countries that also work to close social gaps. About the community, Almendra Farah, Head of Nonprofit Academy, says:
“As Propel, we want to be someone they can count on, to open doors for them, provide what they need, and encourage them to dream a little bigger.”
We’re thrilled to be part of the journey of more organizations across Latin America. If you want to join the next cohort, sign up for our waitlist here.
